What you receive
Maturity ladder position
One of four rungs (PQ-unaware, PQ-aware, PQC-planned, PQ-enabled) with the weighted score behind it, so progress is measurable when you re-run the assessment next quarter.
Gaps, interception-first
Your largest readiness gaps ordered by what closes an adversary's opportunity first: record-now, decrypt-later exposure of long-lived data before external channels, before internal foundations. Each gap carries a 90-day action.
Jurisdiction mapping
Your self-reported posture located against the NSA CNSA 2.0 timeline, the EU NIS2/PQC roadmap, DORA's ICT-risk expectations, and the U.S. NSM-10 inventory cycle, so you meet every framework conversation with quantum awareness and an informed position.

How it works
- Complete the intake. Thirty-two multiple-choice questions plus a short profile; most teams finish inside an hour. Your answers are the complete basis of your assessment, so one focused hour with the people who know your estate is all it takes.
- Deterministic scoring. The engine places you on the four-rung ladder and sequences your gaps. The same answers produce the same report, every time, so your board can trust the score and watch it move quarter over quarter.
- Receive the report. The engine scores your answers immediately. Your quality-checked, board-facing report is normally delivered the same business day and no later than the next business day — counted from receipt of your complete intake. Every report passes a consistency review before it goes out, and the score comes straight from the engine. Run the assessment again next quarter and the two reports read side by side, so your board watches progress build.
Estates with clinical or genomic data receive Quentir's Hippocratic Quantum reading: commentary on long-horizon patient data and irreversibility, drawn from the founder's published framework.
Behind the instrument
The scanner compresses the research spine of Quentir's Signature Reports and Briefs, truth-grounded intelligence on quantum governance and the post-quantum transition, into a repeatable instrument built in the spirit of responsible quantum innovation. Each re-run deepens your organization's quantum literacy and gives your board a steadily richer picture. Start free with the HNDL Exposure Estimator: ten questions and an indicative exposure index, the short form of the same discipline.
That clear scope is why the scanner works: it keeps the assessment fast, affordable, and easy to act on, so you can put its answers in front of your board with confidence.
Questions boards ask
- When do I receive my report?
- The engine scores your answers immediately. Your quality-checked, board-facing report is normally delivered the same business day and no later than the next business day, counted from the moment your complete intake reaches us.
- What do we need to prepare?
- One focused hour and the people who know your estate. The scanner is a self-assessment: your answers to the 32 standardized questions are the complete basis of your report, and your team stays fully in control of its own environment throughout.
- How should our board read the report?
- As a clear readiness position with a work plan attached: your rung on the maturity ladder, your gaps in the order that closes exposure fastest, and the 90-day actions that move the score. It is written to be read in the risk committee as it stands.
- How is this different from the free estimator?
- The HNDL Exposure Estimator is ten questions and one indicative index. The scanner is the full instrument: 32 questions, ladder placement, interception-first gap sequencing, and framework mapping, scored the same way every time, so successive reports read directly against each other.
- How current are the framework mappings?
- The mappings track the published CNSA 2.0, NIS2, DORA, and NSM-10 material, and Quentir keeps the instrument current as those timelines move, so your compliance and risk conversations always rest on the current published picture. Re-run the assessment and you receive the refreshed mapping.
How we handle your data
Your answers stay yours. Everything you share with us serves one purpose: producing and delivering your report and keeping your next re-run comparable quarter over quarter. We do not share or sell them. You can request deletion at any time via the intake address; we confirm by reply once it is done. That is how we handle the trust you place in us.
