These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products and the newsletter offered by Quentir Systems LLC ("Quentir," "we," "us") through this website. By buying a product or subscribing, you agree to them.
What we sell
We sell digital intelligence products — currently published reports, and other digital products or subscriptions we may add — delivered and accessed electronically. Our products are published intelligence for general information only. They are not legal, regulatory, or other professional advice, and buying or reading them creates no advisory or client relationship. Consult qualified counsel about your specific situation.
Your license
When you buy a product you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own internal business purposes — not ownership of it. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or share it outside your organization. Quentir retains all intellectual-property rights in its products and this site.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change. Payments are processed by our third-party processor (Stripe); by purchasing you authorize the charge. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
All sales are final. Our products are digital and are delivered immediately, unless the product description or a product-specific section of these terms states a different delivery schedule. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where a product-specific section of these terms provides otherwise (see Quantum Readiness Scanner below for its delivery and refund terms). Please review each product description before you buy.
Newsletter
The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
"As is", and our responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits any warranty or right that cannot be waived under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quentir's total liability arising from a product or the site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Quantum Readiness Scanner
- Nature of the product. The Quantum Readiness Scanner is an informational self-assessment instrument. Quentir Systems LLC scores the answers you provide to a standardized questionnaire and delivers a written readiness report. Quentir does not access, review, or audit your systems, documents, or contracts, and the report contains no legal advice and no conclusion about compliance with any law, regulation, or framework.
- Your responsibility for inputs. The report reflects the answers you provide. You are responsible for their accuracy; the report's value depends on it.
- No professional relationship. Purchasing or using the scanner creates no attorney-client, auditor, or fiduciary relationship with Quentir Systems LLC or any of its contributors.
- No warranty of outcomes. Quentir does not warrant that acting on the report will achieve any particular security, regulatory, or business outcome. Published framework timelines referenced in the report may change after the report date.
- Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quentir Systems LLC's aggregate liability arising out of the scanner or the report is limited to the amount you paid for it; Quentir is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Seller of record. Quentir Systems LLC is the seller of record for purchases on this site.
- Delivery and refunds. The report is a digital deliverable. You may cancel for a full refund until the report is delivered; after delivery, all sales are final.
Acceptable use and changes
You agree not to misuse the site or products — for example, no unlawful use, no scraping or reverse engineering, and no infringement of our or others' rights. We may update these terms; if we do, the new effective date will appear here, and your continued use means you accept the change. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable US federal law.
